We’re driving the future of egg replacement solutions – helping food manufacturers cut costs and reduce their carbon footprint – and you can be part of it.

In collaboration with Aarhus University, we’re inviting food manufacturers to partner with us to pioneer innovative solutions for egg replacements, in order to create plant-based alternatives that can replace fresh and dried egg ingredients.  

The aim is to help food manufacturers reduce their carbon footprint by as much as 33%, and increase their supply chain security – all while reducing overall costs for their food ingredients!

Those successful in becoming partners in the PIER (Plant-based Ingredients to be Egg Replacers) project will have a first-mover advantage in obtaining these replacement solutions. They will also have the ability to test existing and new product recipes with our R&D experts using solutions not yet available on the market.
